The appointment made no difference. They didn’t know who I was or what I came to see. However, the service was great. I did buy the Truck I came to see and the experience went fine.

Was in the middle of a phone/online purchase, credit had been run, had pre-approvals, vehicle was sold out from under me. Sales manager wasn't concerned, no policy in place to "hold" a vehicle for e commerce. Very disappointed.

Not a pleasant experience. After 6 contacts and 2 days of back & forth, I got an offer $1000's higher on a truck with fewer options than the 2 others from competing dealerships. The salesman questioned my intelligence and understanding of a potential purchase. I lost interest in their games.

We worked with Justin and Sam, both were highly professional and were efficient in getting the sale done. The car we bought admittedly sold itself, but it is nice when the salesmen were great too. When we go to buy another car we will definitely look into buying it from Voyles and especially from Justin or Sam.

I contacted the dealer by e mail they contact me by phone and schedule a appointment to see the car. Their rep John was knowledgeable and friendly. He show me the car and and answer my questions. I like the car , negotiate price and I bought the car. The rep John help me with out state paper work to get my tack. I think the did a good work.
