Everytime I reached or had questions, the staff responded promptly and answered.

nice people but tried to sell me a piece of crap. The second vehicle was better but still did not meet my expectations. Despite this Luis (the salesperson) was nice to deal with.

very horrible experience. They listed a bunch Chrysler Pacifica mini vans online and contacted Larry out of state sales manager and they responded that all their van inventory a sold off. How can they sell so many vans in a single day.

David is a great salesman and finance man was too. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was a easy sale for them. Very helpful in follow up questions, as I am from Michigan and drove two and a half hours to purchase this car. Then went to the beach!

The sales person has responded to me like once a day. So if you have a deal that’s anything other than easy I wouldn’t go here. Or I’d at least go in to the dealership so it’s a little harder for them to ignore you.

Salesperson refused to give me worksheet for out the door price itemized. The salesperson was trying to take control of the conversation without listening to my requests. In my opinion if he wasn’t in control it wasn’t worth his time. I stopped the conversation and told him he could keep his truck!

Going trough wally armour was a okay experience. A little disappointed they left the gas tank empty. On my way home I tried to use wind shield wiper fluid and that was bone dry. Other than they have pretty Reasonable prices.

Had an excellent experience with this dealer. I worked with Amanda Rubin, she was very low pressure and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle.I was dreading having to negotiate with a dealer ( first time I bought a car on my own) but was very pleased and was able to get the vehicle I wanted and at a good price.They even delivered the car to my home!

Very positive experience however the truck was sold.

They never responded, I even got on their website and did a credit app and nothing. Turns out the truck they had listed was sold. It took my old lady calling them for them to finally call me and tell me it was sold. I'll never buy a vehicle from this place. ‍♀️

I drove 3 hrs for truck that wasn't there then set there for almost whole day for them to say they need double the money i was putting down which was $5000 so they wanted $10,000 on a used truck never going back there.

Initial response was good. When I followed up to set up some time to see the vehicle, the customer sales rep told me they weren't open on Sundays and I could forget about a Saturday, because they were swamped. If I wanted to see a car, I'd have to be there by 5:00 on a weekday.

Overall good response to customer,but leaving serveral messages,a bit much.

Contacted me. I had a few questions and they never responded. I emailed a manager and got no response. Guess they didn't want my business.

The dealership got back to me in MA prompt fashion. However I am being held hostage by a relative on getting rid of my own car. So this is not allowed me to move on any car that I've been shown.
