I would not deal with these people. I contacted them about a Jeep they told me the price was higher because of aff-ons. I understood, we started the process of negotiating because I was pre-approved. That was on Friday by Wednesday they had not called back which the salesman said he would call Tuesday when he got back to work. I called them because they would not answer a text. Didn’t get to speak to the salesman but I spoke to another and he offered up a price $4K higher. Crooks!!!

We had an agreement in place for me to purchase a Ram 1500 quad cab they refused to honor the price and demanded several thousand dollars more after we had agreed to terms. This is a dishonest and fraudulent dealership, I highly recommend not doing business with them. Very unprofessional, dishonest and should be put out of business.

Bought a new Ram 2500 with all the (b.s.) going on with the shutdown, they helped move things along with the previous cars loan. Coastal jeep was great

Fast response. The price was a little more than they were advertising. So we didn't purchase.

Responded quickly and got information to me about inventory in a timely manner. But they are not willing to move off of their prices to work a good deal.

I thought I saw this vehicle for $6000 on car gurus, but when I went it was $7000. Not sure about what happened there, but I decided to wait and keep looking. I had no problems wi ty h salesman. He treated me fine

Not good called me to come see truck from statesboro to douglas ga on friday that sold a day or so before then tried to sell me something out of my budget then no customer follow up on appoligising for the mistake to much pressure to buy would not reccomend them

They pulled a bait and switch on us. We emailed them about a particular car, set up and appointment, and called on the way to make sure the car was still there. They assured us it was there but when we got there it wasn’t! They tried to show us a car that was $5000 more!

Overall experience was ok we just couldn’t agree on price so I declined their offer. However I did like the fact that they didn’t hassle me after we couldn’t come to a price agreement. I guess $15 was too much for them to make a sell

Very poor customer service. Salesman that contacted me was with another customer when I got to the dealership. Another salesman gave me the keys to the vehicle. I never talked to contact person at all although they were there. He reached back out to me after I left wanting me to come back to dealership when I live in another city. Very very poor service

Had offered dealer a price for vehicle and had set up an appointment for the next day. (Three hour drive) Dealer never called to say that car had been sold.

The car was never available. It was a misleading ad to get you to call or come. They tell you The car is not available. Take the ad down then! The wording in the advertisement gave it away anyway. They want to trick you into coming to their lot. Minus 5 stars for misleading people....
