Key things to evaluate:

• Infotainment: Nissan's latest infotainment software on a wider 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Fuel efficiency: Fuel economy reaches an EPA-estimated 21 mpg city, 27 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined on the S, SV, and SL whether you choose FWD or AWD, and the Rock Creek is estimated at 20 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined.

Which Nissan Pathfinder trim should I buy?

The 2026 Nissan Pathfinder offers these trims:

• Rock Creek: Comes with standard AWD, 295 hp and 270 lb-ft with premium fuel, and Toyo Open Country A/T III tires for buyers drawn to the more rugged-looking trim.
• Platinum: Adds the head-up display, 13-speaker Bose audio system, semi-aniline leather with diamond stitching, and the most upscale cabin treatment.

What Nissan Pathfinder do most buyers choose?

The Nissan Pathfinder years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2023.

Higher-volume years tend to be the easiest used picks to shop because you get more inventory to compare and more chances to find the right price, mileage, and equipment mix. They also tend to attract more deal listings, which can help you narrow in on better-value examples.

What is the Nissan Pathfinder's resale value?

Most Pathfinder model years are down year over year, and several recent ones show double-digit declines. That pattern can work in your favor if you want a used SUV with more room in the budget than it had a year ago. The newer models are also seeing meaningful price drops, which can improve value if you want fresher features without paying new-car pricing.

The 2023, 2017, and 2014 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
