New Nissan Armada for Sale near Lancaster, SC
The Nissan Armada enters its third generation with a total makeover and new powertrain.
The everyman’s version of the Infiniti QX80, Nissan’s full-size SUV gets an expanded range for 2025. It’s still offered in familiar SV, SL, and Platinum trims, but Platinum Reserve has joined the roster and so, for the first time ever, has PRO-4X. We tested both new trims on a first drive program hosted by the automaker in Franklin, Tennessee.
Verdict: Nissan has undeniably improved the Armada with this new generation, and the PRO-4X and the Platinum Reserve trim levels both bring something new to the table. The PRO-4X adds just enough adventure-ready content to make it worth a look to shoppers who may not have considered it before, while the Platinum Reserve challenges the value of stepping up to an Infiniti.

The Nissan Armada has received positive feedback from owners across its model years, particularly for its spacious interior, smooth ride, and strong power. Many appreciate the luxury features and advanced technology that provide a premium driving experience, making it a popular choice among families. However, a consistent concern is the vehicle's fuel economy, which many find lacking, particularly in comparison to newer competitors. Overall, the Armada stands out for its comfort and capability, though some wish for more modern tech enhancements and better gas mileage.

What people say
We love the Armada. It’s big and roomy, but easy to drive and park. Still got the large V-8 (until 2025 model year) and it’s been a joy to own.
I will be purchasing a 2023 or 2024 Black 4x4 Armada ion the near future. Car Gurus has a good selection of these.
Ive had my 2023 Armada for about a week and we could not be more pleased. We considered another large SUV (Expedition) and some mid-size (Telluride, Grand Cherokee, 4-Runner). The reason I think the Armada is right for me is it really checks off the boxes I had.... Reliability -- that was extremely Important.... With the big V-8 th Armada has a proven track record.... The 4-Runner also has proven reliability, but -- its much smaller AND pretty much gets the same gas milage with the V6. The Expedition is more updated with better tech and the big Panoramic Sunroof -- but was about 20K more epensive AND it uses twin Turbos..... Turbos are simply not reliable long term..... The smaller SUVs (Telluride/GC) had better tech -- but they are much smaller and long term reliability isnt there. The big knock on the Armada is gas mileage..... For me Im driving probably 90% on open roads cruising at 65-75 mph..... The Armada does great -- and I get upper 19-20 mpg. The two things Im disappointed with when it comes to the Armada are minor..... not a lot of accessible storage up front.... what I mean is.... if you put two cups in teh cup-holders thats it..... .no place to put your phone, key FOB, etc.... Id like ot have a little cubby for the Key fob and more easily accessible cup-holders would be nice. I keep my vehicles for a LONG time..... I have no doubt the Armada will be in my garage for 15-20 years or more....
Gorgeous and sleek. Going to install our own tv in headrest for much better price than $10,000 for the upgrade to platinum. Love the midnight black
