They were very nice, but sent pictures that made it hard to tell the color of the car. And I had to ask again for the color. They were hard sell, trying to create urgency that was a bit off putting, but these days you have to go after every bite. It’s a fine line. When I declined I was thanked for my interest which was nice.

The dealership personal was very professional. The vehicle did not have a factory sunroof so I ended up not buying the car. My only suggestion to the dealership is don’t present a dirty car to your customers. Immediate turnoff.

Car had some hidden problems . Car was not clean. Garbage under the seats. Salespeople was not very friendly . Didn't thank Me for My business !

Very responsive. Car sold before I could get there to test drive.

Car is listed as automatic, but when I contacted the dealer, they let me know it is a manual. No interior pics online either. Then they tried to sell me other cars they had and blew off my suggestion that they correct the information on the cars they already have listed.

Transactions went smooth. I normally don’t write reviews, but Younker Nissan made my car shopping experience easy and non stressful. Also Mike Gold the Financial Mgr was cool to work with as well.

My buying experience was the best I’ve ever had, Alisa was very nice and explained all the features on the truck very well and it was only an 1.5 hours from when I first got there to when I was driving away with my truck :-)

I was able to arrange a time by email to view the vehicle. When I arrived, it was ready for test drive. In and out in about 2 hours. I bought the car! Staff was wonderful. There wasn't a lot of willingness to negotiate and I left paying more than I had hoped but it was less than list price by a decent amount. They were able to work with the pre-approval and check for other financing options. Overall a great experience!
