What Mercedes-Benz Sprinter years do most buyers choose?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2020.

Higher-volume years usually give you more choices in body style, mileage, and pricing, which makes it easier to compare listings and find the right fit. They also tend to be the years shoppers return to most often because inventory is deeper and deal opportunities are easier to spot.

What is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's resale value?

Most model years in the table are down year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. A few years are moving up, so pricing is not falling uniformly across the lineup. The biggest drops are concentrated in the newer and mid-cycle years, while some others are close to flat or rising.

The 2023 model year is holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.

The 2022, 2021, and 2023 model years have held their value best, with prices flat to rising year-over-year.

Should I buy a used Mercedes-Benz Sprinter now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −12.8% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −15.02%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 29.8% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 32.4%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2025 model has the most listings at a current average price of $50,057.
