New Mazda MX-5 Miata for Sale near Peachtree City, GA
The 2025 Mazda MX-5 is a no-frills sports car that refuses to grow old.
We don't know if Mazda planned on launching a classic when it dropped the little Miata roadster into dealerships way back in 1990. Yet here we are, 35 years later and the little rear-wheel drive, two-seat convertible is still going strong.
Now in its fourth generation, the MX-5 is available with a soft or hard top and a six-speed manual transmission is standard. Some folks might complain about its minimal cargo space, cramped interior and hard-to-use technology. Others might want more straight-line power. Those folks just don't get it. The MX-5 isn't about practicality or beating a V8 off the line. Instead the Miata goes for driving fun where it counts– in the corners.
Verdict: The 2025 Mazda MX-5 Miata is a roadster that rewards drivers with precise handling that's only made better when the top is down and the tunes are cranked.

The Mazda MX-5 Miata is a beloved sports car known for its fun and engaging driving experience, outstanding handling, and stylish design across all model years. Owners consistently rave about its nimble performance, responsive steering, and lightweight structure that enhance the joy of driving—especially on winding roads. However, common critiques include limited cargo space and a somewhat cramped interior, which may not suit everyone. While some drivers wish for additional power and modern tech features, the Miata remains a top choice for those seeking a spirited roadster that delivers thrills on every journey.

What people say
I absolutely love this car! The seat hugs me and is so comfortable. I use the heated seat feature every time I drive as it feels good on my back. There is plenty of leg room for someone 6 ft tall, but it is also good for me at 5’3”, as I can move the seat up. I like that I’m sitting up a bit more than sitting on the floor like a lot of sports cars I driven. The steering wheel is adjustable so I can see over it. It feels very roomy and has plenty of headroom for a small car. I have gotten many compliments on it as it is sooo cool!! And it is so very fun to drive! When driving with the top down, my hair doesn’t fly all over the place, and I can talk normally without raising my voice with my passenger. It also has blindside warning so I don’t worry about hitting a car in my blind site. It has a nice size screen for navigation or seeing my XM radio. The trunk is also roomier than I was expecting. The top is super simple to put back and can be done in seconds! The only thing I would change on it is I can’t pull the sun visor out and move it to the side if the sun is on my left. Otherwise, pretty darn close to perfect!!
If your searching for a sports car that has useable powerband for the street and perfectly balanced look no future. I have owned many wonderful cars but the Mx5 is one of my favorites. Usually have had Clubs this is my first Grand Touring and the extra goodies coupled with the Club specs I have stopped searching and found the one.
I do love the shape of the new ND Miata, and especially all the safety features such as, lane departure warning and daytime running light’s. These are so small it’s harder for those big jacked up pickups and some SUVs to see them. The RF, retractable hardtop is also appealing especially if you park outside. You have the xtra security with it. I would like to see a little more room inside just a Skoch would be nice and they, have done away with the traditional glove box. So storage inside is at a minimum. The car still retains All it’s fun to drive attributes and being lighter in weight even with all the additional safety features it still manages to get very good gas mileage. Some have complained that the infotainment system is slow to operate even with Mazda updates.
Its always been a great car,the ND models with the extra hp makes them more fun.I had a 2016 grand touring and most recently a 2021 RF BREMBO BBS RECARO PACKAGE. Really nice but I prefer the soft top more than the RF.I love the feeling of a total open top.
A vehicle for those that enjoy the driving experience
