Had a great virtual experience with Dean Mcmahon when purchasing my car through CarGurus and Lexus of Latham. After speaking to Dean and having him send me pictures of the under carriage, I decided it was a go. Arranged for my son and mechanic to go inspect and test drive my 2013 Ford Explorer. Glad Dean helped me all the way from the beginning when I wanted a good sincere salesman.

not too good, had issue with rushing and they tried to add amounts that were not correct or asked for. Slow at returning calls, refused to send pic of the car asked for. we had to ask for a manager, and that manager was to get this squared away yesterday, we are still waiting. Over all not a experience i would do with car gurus again or this dealer. I am considering not getting this car and keep looking.

They responded right away and I scheduled an appointment within 3 days, confirming the afternoon before an 8:30 a.m. appointment. When I arrived I was told "the car sold between 5 last night and now." But they had 2 others that were similar I was able to look at (different color, higher price). Salesman was accommodating and knowledgeable and I will go back, but a little disappointed about the car I originally inquired about (and not being told it had been sold).

Great experience. Ended up purchasing this vehicle. Eddie was great and straight forward, everything was done over the phone and email. I showed up test drove the vehicle and was in and out within 1.5 hours. It was only that long because someone else was in with the finance person when I got there. Very happy.

Service is no good . Give me only one car key. I want to talk manger we call they said manager is not available not responsible yet. They don’t care to me . Sale the lady is no good for me.

Got back to me quickly after initial inquiry. Car was sold but they gave me some other similar options.
