The salesperson and one of the sells manager called me last weekend and told me the vehicle was available.I got a call that Monday saying the vehicle was gone.Funny it is still showing on there website.Guess that didn’t want to sell me the car.

Quick response from dealer saying internet person would get in touch with me. I should have called them instead of waiting. I got an email a few days later to test drive the suv that was already sold. Seemed like there was a breakdown in communication on all three of us. The Manager, internet Patti and myself. I felt like I was trying to sell the suv to myself. Very lackluster limp handshake kind of experience.

Personable and professional. Staff spent time explaining the vehicle features and I did not feel rushed. However, the wait time for securing financing was exceptional long given the fact that I had my banks pre-approval for a loan.

A rep from the dealership contacted me regarding my interest in one of their Lexus vehicles. I live 75 miles away from the dealership and in lieu of a long drive to Pa., he gave me a great overview of the vehicle, its history and the work done by the dealership to make it ready for sale. Although we couldn't get to an agreeable sales price, the rep was honest and upfront about the vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them should another vehicle become available.

Taras was wonderful. Provided a very thorough description of car. We met him and he took us for a drive. Deal was straight forward. Vehicle was Lexus certified, mint condition and low mileage. We purchased the car. Would recommend Wilkie Lexus and Taras!
