“Not 100% Satisifed”

Based on what I am experiencing so far, beginning to believe my 2011 was better. Don't like KIA's service 100% because they all seem to be looking for quick fixes / turn - arounds instead of getting to root of problem. I really don't want to go out and spend $800+ on new tires since the service dept keeps saying that's what it is. 10/29/2014 ...

Car I wanted did not appear to have been cleaned, as there were a bunch of hairs in it from the previous owner. The car had been there for several months so there shouldn't have been a reason for this. They tried to charge me $200 more than the advertised price and when I pointed it out they were sarcastic about it. The list price was competitive but actually above what it should have been considering the condition. Not the best place to buy a car.

They tried to pressure me, they were not willing to negotiate price at all. They did offer a good trade in on my existing car. I test drove a grand caravan that was very nice but noticed some hesitation when test driving it so I took it to my mechanic who found a lot of things wrong with it. When I took it back they barely spoke to me just took the key and shook my hand. It wasn't the T and C shown here it was a Grand Caravan. I would not do business with them myself, I did not feel comfortable.
