Was very pleasant dealing with Chris at Regal. Everything would have been perfect except for a missing key to the trailer hitch ball.

They were prompt to respond but the information wasn't what I requested. They kept trying to get me to come in without providing a price for the vehicle I was interested in.

Salesman did not disclose not does this listing show the damage on the front right quarter panel. They allowed me to get financed and drive 2 hours to pick up vehicle only to then see the dent and scratches... deceptive sales practices

The dealer did not bother to have the car cleaned inside or out. The car was very dirty and made us not buy it

I requested info about a car for sale advertised online. The response was in an adequate amount of time. I was offered other buying options after the car I was asking about had been sold the day before.

Typical experience that gives used car dealers a bad reputation. Initially they tried to get me to pay $1000 more than what was listed in their ad. Stated reason was that the price listed had a $1000 "loyalty" mark-down. Their final offer before I walked out was the "loyalty" price which had been marked up $1001 from when I first saw the car listed in early September.

Prompt follow up but not too pushy. We ended up purchasing a different vehicle and they were very polite when I notified them of our decision.

It was a nice experience even though we weren’t able to come to terms. My interactions with my contact person was great. Her name escapes me at this moment but she was great.

Poor service, didn’t listen. I told the guy I was only interested in a navigator an they kept calling to recommend jeeps an other vehicles. I told them stop calling.

Only because they continued to text, call, and email me after I said I would get back to them if I changed my Mind. Not once but six times in one day and continued for days! Way to annoy a busy buyer

If I could give 0 stars I would be because that’s what they deserve. They told me they have the car when I went there they told me the car is sold making me look stupid!!! A few days later the car is still there these people are shady becareful with them they lie !!! Period

I confirmed an 11:00 am appointment to see the car at 9:30 am the same day and drove one and a half hours to be told it was sold the day before. Why confirm an appointment to see a car that is no longer on the lot? They then tried to sell me a similar vehicle that was $7000 more than original car. Very disappointed to have someone waste my time and gas to try to upsell me to another car. I would NEVER recommend this place.

We made an appointment to see this car & drove an hour away & they sold it the day before. They said they had other cars for us at the same price & then said they didn't. We ended up buying another car in the area.

Horrible experience disorganized, I bought a car the tank was on E and they only gave me one key without even disclosing before the deal was made and the car wash dirty after they said they were going to clean it and they were not trying to give me gas because it's a used car
