Received a generic answer to my inquiry about the car. Did not answer the question that I asked. When I sent a second e-mail, I never received an answer at all. Very disappointed.

Callum called me and answered all my questions about the car I was interested in, but the car did not meet my needs. All correspondence was cordial and helpful. The dealership was quite good.

Everyone from the sales team to Jenny, whom finalized my paperwork was great! Callum thanks for having the truck ready for me to review and a special thanks to my salesman, Brandon for your professionalism and friendliness. This was an excellent purchase! Kia of Anderson made the buying process a breeze! Highly recommend this dealership. My granddaughter thanks Brandon for the balloons!

Promised to respond with more pics...NEVER did. Told me car was local trade...CarFax says they purchased it at an Auto Auction from ANOTHER state. Told me the car was being serviced as new trade-in. But CarFax said their dealership serviced it TWICE before this service. Disappointing!!!

Once we got with Dorian, the salesman I spoke with on the phone, everything went smoothly. Have a few issues that are being addressed but will be taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Dorian.
