Mr. Eddie responded promptly to my inquiry. We test drove the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle and was done in less than a hour and half. Awesome experience. The second behicle we've purchased from rhis dealership.

We liked the fact that they offered a copy of the Car Fax for the vehicle we test drove. Salesman and Mgr. were very cordial.

Asked 4 of 5 salesmen who contacted me via email for specifics not listed in ad for Yukon. Not one replied with the information. I'm not willing to travel 100 miles to chase a vehicle that may or may not meet my criteria.

Nice and courteous, but they pulled a quick one. Although I was prequalified with Capital One and Westlake, they ran my credit unnecessarily though another finance company and came back with a higher interest rate. That was a deal breaker.

Good communication bad price ...too high price and a discount of 50$ is an offense to my person. If they wanna earn my business they need to do something better than what it cost me a restaurant lunch.

Was approved for everything, did all the leg work all we had to do was go test drive, sign the paperwork and pick up. Got a text at 10:30 the night before we were driving 2 hours away saying they sold the vehicle.

Very aggressive on making a sale and on trade value but when I went inspect the vehicle, there was damage to the back bumper I wasn’t informed about. It wasn’t noticeable unless you looked for it but it was definitely damage they tried to sneak by me. Stretchy methods of selling vehicles. But if you want a great trade value on a damaged vehicle this would be your dealership.

Terrible experience, salesman was extremely rude and not knowledgeable of the used vehicles on his lot. I had emailed an inquiry for them to make contact with me, but never heard a word which was the reason for me to call them.
