I think the car was already sold and they kept this listed. Follow up has been good but they do not have a gt350 in stock.

He would not come down on the price so we parted as friends.

Called to purchase a 2017 F150 stock number 331KP. The sales man called me back and told me the price would go up $2000 because I wanted to purchase outright. The salesman informed me that due to the fact that I was making a cash purchase and they wouldn’t be making any money on financing or a trade in that the price would go from $46,500 to $48,500. Seems like pretty poor business to me. Very disappointing!! Why advertise a price if your not willing to honor it.

Dealer had car listed at a lower price previously on Cargurus, tried to work with them to go lower on price. While trying to work me over in emails they were selling the car to someone. Don't recommend wasting your time.

This has been a constant contact with automated messages... I have explained my ideal buying process to them and they didnt respond with the things that I would be interested in. I understand that not everyone has what I am looking for, however, move on.

Unfortunately the price you see online is no where near the price when you arrive. You need to qualify for a half dozen rebates. Your chances of winning the lottery are better than qualifying for all the discounts to meet the internet advertised price. I asked that question before I drove all the way down there but just received the vague “salesman” talk about great deals and they are running out! Hurry down! 4 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

They accommodated my schedule to look at the vehicle. Answered my questions, and ultimately won my business. Friendly and courteous. And it was pretty efficient on the financing piece.

Made arrangements to purchase/view a vehicle. Drove 2hrs only to find out it was sold. Salesman we met with didnt even attempt to gain my business and just walked away. Gave them 2 stars for a clean business.

Sales person was nice but their “manager” was rude and provided information contradictory from the Sales rep re: car. Plus, please realize that in this day and age, the internet does exist for research. Won’t be returning regarding of the situation.

Good conversation but we don't make business

They contacted me quickly, told me the car wasn't on the lot yet? Austin said he would contact me when it arrived but he never did,but they did raise the asking price online by $4000, so I consider it bait and switch. I definitely would not recommend.

Tony from sales sent text on car I inquired about. Car was only FWD and I was looking for a AWD. My mistake. Tony sent info on their current in stock AWD vehicles that we're similar. We didn't buy from here but the customer service was quick, friendly and no pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealer
