Excellent customer service

I made an appointment to drive an hour and a half to see and drive the car. When I got there the car was not on their lot. They wanted to go through the paperwork and make a deal without me even looking at the vehicle. After waiting a couple of hours they still didn't deliver the car so I left. They were the worst excuse of a car dealership I have seen . The salespeople were very unprofessional. I will never go back there.

Did not buy the car...nothing to do with dealership, just realized the car was not a good fit for me. They were super professional, had the car waiting for me to test drive when I got there, ready to go. Communication was good, emails were promptly replied to and I had a follow up email as well.

Once I arrived at dealer, the truck had damage to the top portion near the back window. That damage was not in any of the pictures posted on this website or their site. Needless to say they said that the truck was being sold "as is" and no other discount was given to compensate for damage. At this point I had already driven over an hour to buy vehicle so I was stuck with either walking away or just accepting the truck "as is".

Terrible salesmanship. I contacted the dealership and they never called me back after I expressed interest in a particular vehicle. After a few days I called them back to discover that they sold the vehicle I was inquiring about.
