I live six hours away from this dealership and happened to see this Lincoln MKC Reserve listed for 24,999. I called thedealership to ask about a price negotiation and was informed that the internet price was set and doesn't change. Two days later the price is listed as 25,994.

They didn't know their product. Every question I asked was met with, "I don't know" Granted the tech in the Ioniq isn't THAT simple, but come on, at least know a little bit about it. Finance managers still use four square scam method (youtube it) please do your research AND definitely hire AUTO PI, a pre purchase vehicle inspection!

Although they contacted us after inquiring, the car salesman (used section) basically made us feel like we were wasting their time. My wife and Iooked around the lot for 15 minutes or more and nobody offered any assistance until we went inside. I've never had that happen before. I wouldn't recommend them

Great honest guys, gave me an AMAZING deal. Thoroughly explained everything, and even did most negotiating thru text. They found exactly what we wanted, gave us a good trade in amount, cleaned and gassed up the car for us, set up all the features and put us back on the road in our new car. They even stayed 2 hours later to get our deal done before the weekend. We will definitely be back for our next Hyundai!

Then I received another email from them stating that if I had cash they could do a sale. Shady dealership and I would definitely not recommend it!

Purchased Car from this location. Salesman stayed late to accommodate our schedule.

They did contact me...they were very helpful.

For weeks they had the car listed at 13.800. On Friday I confirmed the price and the fact that I was going to drive by to look at the carI made an appointment and went in and looked at the car. We sat down and suddenly the price had changed up to 16.981. A price spike of over 3k. Not the way to do things. I was very disappointed. This is not the way to do business.

The response we got was quick and everyone we talked to was helpful. We drove and hour and a half just to look at a specific vehicle and it was a great price. We were worried that the vehicle wasn't going to be there even after being told it was based off previous experience from other places but nope! It was right in front ready to go.
