I contacted #1 Cochran Hyundai on 7/31 and arranged for a test drive on 8/1. My salesman, Gabe, is a rock star. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. The dealership was able to get me a better rate than the one I was pre-qualified for on the CarGurus site. It was without a doubt the smoothest and most efficient process I've ever experienced at a dealership. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend looking here.

The Car on CarGurus was sold when I got there. Another comparable leased car was recently made available the day before and the salesman showed me that car and we made a fair deal. The salesman was a good guy and offered to show one other lower priced car before I made my decision. I didn't get feel it was bait a switch situation.

I worked with Andy to purchase this car and from start to finish it was a great process. Everyone was kind, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to get me into the car that I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very smooth and easy transaction. I arrived reviewed the car sign the paperwork and was out the door within minutes. Highly recommend this dealer.

I contacted the dealer and left a message, they did reach out back to me. Unfortunately, they did not have the information that I needed (pic's) because the car has not reach their lot as yet. I was promise the information as soon as the car hit their lot. The following day I received an alert that the car was sold, I called backed the dealer to find out if it was correct and was told that they would check and get back to me which they never did.

I have been calling for 2 weeks and that car is not ready to be sold and not even at the dealership

I called scheduled an appointment to look and test out an suv that they never said that they were not selling. So they had me drive 25 minutes away with absolutely no 3 row vehicles available to even look at.

When I spoke to salesmen they said vehicle was sold! Didn’t get to take off internet!

I asked for pictures at least 3 times, but never received them. They sent lots of emails asking if I had questions, but the only one I had was never answered!

Responded to my initial inquiry, but never called back with any offers.

They called us right away and we made an appointment . They got us into the financing that we wanted and we took the car that night.

Got back to me quickly. The truck was already sold but told me about other trucks they had.

Response was vague, no price or mileage was included in response.

Never contacted about one of the two cars that was contacted about. Other car was apparently sold, but never updated until over a week later. Very unprofessional and not efficient.

Did not respond after first contact. Had to resubmit my request. My initial questions about the car were not answered.

Terrible customer serving. If you do not have good credit stay away. They were not willing to work with me and when the salesman said he would contact me the following day...he never followed up or responded when i asked him about the status and which direction to go from there.

The first sales person never responded and the the second was to pushy for my likings

ryan contacted me several times and answered questions I had we wanted to buy the car at the price given. We were told they were waiting on the title, we have asked for updates none given. Still waiting for an answer for when we can buy the car?

Well I was supposed to see a Hyundai Veloster! I was hounded by one of thier reps! I made an appointment to go see car and called to make sure it wasn’t sold! I was told it was ready to be seenjl I drove 45 min only to find out the car was in the service bay and undriveable! Needles to say I won’t go back!!
