waited nearly 45 minutes for them to tell me they just sent the car to auction, this after knowing I was on my way to view the car. Expressed my complete displeasure and was offered a very insincere apology and an offer for to speak to the GM, I declined as I did not need to hear another apology. Oh I drove an 1.5 hours to see the car.

The buying experience here should be the model, not the exception when buying a car. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to. I had a few worries about the car itself, the price, age, miles etc but they addressed each one and felt very comfortable with my choice. Even after I purchased it I had a couple minor concerns and I came back and they addressed those without any questions. I would definitely choose them again
