"They did respond, but the car I originally contacted them about had already
been sold. However, they went out of their way to listen to what I wanted in a
vehicle and brought a car from one of their other lots for me to test drive.
They even let me think on it, without any pressure. I really appreciated that.
In the end I purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan from them. The whole transaction
was laid back and dare I say... enjoyable. "
