Well I called them to make suer the car was there , b4 I headed out on my 40 minutes drive then I got there a different sale person told me the vehicle sold a few days ago ,

The internet sales person that contacted me, Joshua, is very nice, informative and professional. But we couldn't make a deal because the the dealership didn't honor the advertised price. They added more than $1,400 to the advertised price in addition to the TT&L. Not a very trustworthy set of people. I would stay away from these dealership at all cost.

Didn't purchase the vehicle that I was looking at but the salesman Zack Poshard was outstanding and answered my every question that I had. Came close to purchasing the 2019 Honda Ridgeline but was not sure if that was the right vehicle for me. Would highly recommend Keating Honda and Zack Poshard if you are in the market for a Honda.

This dealership drove 45 minutes to pick up my mom to bring her to buy a car. She had picked out a couple off their used lot. She needed something with 3rd row seating. They bring around a 2010 Honda Civic, trying to talk her into buying it. I had to leave work early to go pick her up from the dealership, so she didn't have to wait for someone to bring her home. Nice way to treat an elderly woman

The car was already sold when I was on my way for a test drive, but the deal fell through. This time I headed there asap when the car was ready for a test drive and I bought it. The dealership was true to its word and held the car, but they did charge me for body work that the previous buyer had requested. That was the only sour point in the deal.

my over all experience was wonderful. the sales man was superb. he is very knowledgeable and very effective. The sales manager was very friendly and a true business man. The general manger came out to see us off with a nice smile once our business was completed. it was a marvelous experience.

They wouldn’t do any negotiating via email. During this time of pandemic, we wanted to as much via email as possible so we aren’t in the dealership longer than needed.

Abel was my sales guy really good guy...gave me the whole spill of the truck went on test drive and everything was smooth...appreciate the great service....didn't buy the truck as of yet still in the cards unless someone picks it up.

sold the car and did not tell me i drove an hour to purchase a car to be told it was sold 4 days prior to my “vip reservation”

Although I didn't buy from them, the salesman communicated with me through email and was very polite leaving voice messages. Only reason why I didnt buy was because I purchased elsewhere because of preference of color and price.

Ended up not wanting this car so looked at a Honda Pilot and was going to purchase. Was told to comeback on Wednesday after repairs were done to pick it up and was on my way (2 1/2 hours away) was called and it was sold out from under me after I had it promised to me. Not good ethics and will never do business with them ever
