“A Good Truck”

This is a truck, not a luxury vehicle in a truck skin. It is made to work. It rides rough, burns a lot of gas, but is extremely reliable. I live in Texas with 100 degree summers and this trucks AC had no problems quickly cooling down the cab. Ice cold air! I was very disappointed in my visit to Carl Black.I had been communicating with them via email and hset up an appointment to come see a2015 Tahoe. When i got there, and was initially told they couldnt find the car, then after 30 mins i was told it was sold. The sales addociate who i was supposed to meet for my 1pm appointment was busy on a csll. I will never go navk yo Carl Black.

I reached out to the dealership on a Monday, they responded quick and told me they would look into the car of my choice. Heard nothing back until, I had to reach out to them on Thursday! Someone from the dealership reached out to me asking which car I was interested in and I let them know. They began looking into it and said the car was there. Later that day I drove all the way to this location for the sales man to tell me the car that I specifically reached out to them about had been sold. If he went and checked the inventory and saw the car was not there, he should've reached back out to me and let me know. He then proceeded to try and sell me other cars, let him know I was not interested and left. #wasteoftime
