The car I were interested in was there waiting for me to test drive. They offered me a fair price on the trade (about what I hoped for on KBB). I may have been able to sell it for a little more on my own, but it wasn't worth the headache. They even came down a little bit on the price of the car. No heavy handed pressure. No gimmick service package that I had to buy. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Wow, another dealership misleading the public. NO WHERE in this ad does it say additional for the body/boxbed. I have screenshots of every page. This is the 3rd dealership I've found to play these games. Its Disappointing as a small business. Making a huge purchase to think you're getting a deal, and the dealer replys like no one was aware of this misleading add.

Okay I guess...I got the same treatment as I got from all other dealerships filled out the paperwork they offered me a water went through the whole ordeal with finding the best comfortable rate to oh we will get back to you and then they wanted me to put a large amount down so needless to say I didn't go with them but the customer service was nice.

Great experience with Yates. Quick follow up on inquiry, negotiated some good numbers and drove from CA to Arizona to pick it up. David is great at what he does and there are no surprises. We love our vehicle and would recommend Yates anytime.
