Responsive and friendly, but didn't go for the deal.

Called the 1st time guy said "that truck don't exist". Had to double check the listing and called back with stock number. They tell me the "fleet guy picked it up" and were going to call him to see if truck was sold and get back to me. They never called back, they never reached out. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

Horrible ! Advertised rate is not real. Offered to pay full posted rate plus TT&L and they wanted an additional $1695 add on for some tracking devise they installed. Bought else where and will not do business with them in the future.

Had a good experience with sales rep Kevin Klyza. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle I went to look at ended up having lots of damage to the bed that was not listed so passed

I went to look at vehicle, by appt only, so they knew I was coming & for which vehicle. Drove 1/2 hr across town, sit at desk in dealership for over an hour while they tried to locate truck. They never found it, and were unsure if it had been sold, was in service, or where it was. Totally disappointing.

Was told the car was available. Drove there 45 minutes and when we got there they said it was sold. Asked them why they did not contact us after we had asked to be contacted if the car had sold before we arrived, and they had no answer. The original salesperson said the day we contacted them that they had other like vehicles. When we inquired no one new anything about other like cars. Would not advise shopping there. There was no follow-up at all.

I worked with Terry who was kind, attentive and answered my questions with personalized videos sent to my phone. Great experience.

Bait & switch, verified on phone they had car on lot, was told an hour later it was sold much earlier. Probably months earlier.

Called and spoke to the sales manager. If you notice the car is 32,964.00. Asked him the out the door price. He said 38,964.00 I asked how it could be so much when my sales tax is only 2307.00 he then proceeded to list the options the car had that made it extra? Seriously WTF?? They should be in the advertised price. Window tinting fee?? . Scumbags

The internet sales manager was very prompt in responding to my emails. She gave me every bit of information I requested, but we couldn't agree to a deal. I would contact them again in the future.
