Was told the price was negotiable from the listed price when contacted them prior to arriving, to get there and they not budge on the pricing, which I believed to be dishonest as well as misleading guidance on the process when getting there by telling me info that wasn’t consistent with each other or what I’ve been told prior... overall the experience wasn’t bad but could of been better especially with the time spent there and waiting for everything to finalize.

The salesman was a nice guy and they were willing to negotiate, I just couldn’t get where I needed to be.

Made the process relatively easy. They even kept their doors open after hours and worked with me till we could work out a deal. Nothing but good things to say about Fair Oaks Ford.

I called the dealership inquiring about the 4Runner, they told me that it was being detailed and getting ready for sale, and that they were going to call me back when it was ready. But they only emailed me saying that the 4Runner was sold, they didn’t even gave me the opportunity to see the vehicle.

Salesman contacted me right away. The Flex they had did not have the equipment that I wanted, so we are going to keep looking. Bosak was very helpful.

They were responsive and replied to all my questions asked and were helpful.

Quick response but bought something closer to home

I called on this car accouple of months ago. It was sold. I had to take a couple of months on a car search. when I called on this car I found out it was the same car still sold Very bad dealer.

Sales lady contacted me quickly. She was very helpful and courteous.

Made an appointment to look at the 2019 Escape today May 7. Traveled from Whiting. Parked and went in. Waited and looked around for almost 10 minutes .. no one to serve me and no one even bothered to ask. Went back to car and called Sarah or Elizabeth,the persons i talked to and made the appointment with. Was told someone will be out to see me. Another 10 minutes .. i left. Guess they didnt want my business.

Over contact Told them I wanted one specific vehicle (a jeep), wouldn't budge on price over email yet still email me everyday. Please update your CRM as I mentioned I only want that jeep and nothing else. I ultimately purchased w another dealership

Finance man is exceptionally pushy to get you to buy add-ons like extended warranty. not upfront about the hidden costs. no car sale should take over 3 hours.

They contacted me right away. When I called back in to the dealership and asked for the lady to set up an appointment to see the car, she was out and I left a message. It's been a week and I havent heard back from anyone! In the meantime we purchased a different car from a local dealer st a very good price.

This dealership advertises low prices then finds a reason to say you don't qualify for that price. I didn't live in the proper zip code. Lol! The kept sending electronically automated emails acting like they wanted to help,but didn't return my phone calls. They don't deserve any more that 1 srar

When we talk about working on the price a little I just got an answer that is already good deal what do I want more when,windshield is cracked,back tires completely even like asphalt,big dent on the door... I just walked out disappointed
