New Chevrolet Trailblazer for Sale in Anchorage, AK

Unprepared for our scheduled appointment and they couldn’t locate one of the vehicles we had asked to see. The cars we did look at were not very clean or what I would consider show ready. Also, while they knew were coming and had asked us to text them before our arrival, which we did, the sales reps had no clue about our appointment. The cars weren’t “warmed up and ready for test drive” as promised. Dissappointing.

The staff did extra research on shipping my vehicle out of town for me. They were very responsive to all inquiries.

Experience was great. All staff were helpful and we drove home with the Suburban within 3 hours of arriving at the dealership. Our Salesman Dallas was awesome and we appreciated his friendliness.

It was Great, if you like Chevy, look for Dallas at Southside Chevy in Anchorage. Not only did he help me get the SS2, He helped me get into a New Truck with lower payments.

I did not get the trade value I was expecting for the vehicle I brought to the dealership, but the sales manager did manipulate the numbers so that we could reach a manageable monthly installment for my family's budget. My husband and I went home with the truck we wanted and so far it is driving like a dream. This dealership was easy to work with and I would recommend their business to others.

We exchanged e-mail correspondence for a couple days and then they stopped responding. I do not know what happened to cause the disconnect.

Due to a safety recall that GM does not have a resolution for, we were not able to purchase the vehicle! But our salesperson was as accommodating as possible!
