Most of the negotiation was done over the telephone. Picking up the vehicle and and signing documents went pretty smooth. No complications. Purchased a vehicle on Wednesday and was told I would get a call back to follow up on Sunday however never got the call. Not a big issue. Salesperson John was great. Very courteous and conscientious.

The vehicle got what I'm looking for however I'm still kicking the tire over the price and being three year plus old. Just hoping for a price drop while I'm looking at other trucks. Thks

The salesman invited me down for a test drive and then raised the price of the vehicle by over $5k. They told me the truck needed a new transmission and that’s why the price went up. I will never deal with these clowns again! I am Leary of all GM dealers after this experience.

I ended up buying the car after doing a lot to make myself comfortable with buying a used car. The dealership had more of a “just trust us because we are reputable” approach instead of providing information to show that the used car was mechanically sound. Sales rep also overused the “someone else is waiting to buy this car” to try and rush me to make the purchase when I asked if I can take the car to my mechanic.

Although I didnt buy a truck, their staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation.

Same old back and forth games. When I finally made the deal, my new/used truck came with no floor mats, only one key and just enough fuel to get me home, 94 miles away.

I worked with Tou. He was great. The car was nice and as advertised. I had a goal price and held a hard line with that goal. Be firm, as they will be firm. Don't be afraid to walk out. All in all- as a dealership goes, this one is alright.

You have to trust someone; trust my advise. Make the drive, ask for Tou, have a limit you're willing to pay, and stand your ground or walk. Tou's job is to help you get what you want and he's really good at his job. The truck I bought was well under my limit so I allowed them to make some money on my financing. Everyone gets a win.

Bad experience they promise to you one thing and they do another one bad communication between the dealer and service department I have to come back to talk about went they delivered the car no operator manual inside my car was certified and they had to give me a package of the thinks came with the certification and they don’t even mention that I have to know that looking at the internet so again they not professional service bad experience
