Experience good, but jeep was standard transmission.

Initial contact established but no follow up. I assume the car was sold. I was never informed.

Their $299 nitrogen fee shows everyone how they really feel about their potential customers. Never again.

I made an appointment to see this SQ3 and they reserved the car for me, the evening prior to my appointment I received an email that they sold the car, and then called me to confirm to come see the car? Why tell me the car is reserved for me to come see it. Do not recommend this dealer.

I didn’t end up buying a car from them, but they always responded promptly and followed up with me.

Fast response. I was ready to buy a car that day if they could move on price. Their policy of fixed pricing prevented that. 2 weeks latter the car is now at the price I offered to buy it at. Seems short sighted to not give local managers the ability to close a deal. I use this dealer for service on another bmw I own And would highly recommend (for service)

Best experience at a car dealer ever

I’ve been looking for a used car for a couple months and it was excellent and professional experience. Unfortunately this has not been the case at most of the other car dealers.

It sucked,I had an appointment,I spoke to the Dealership a day before regarding what time to be present,cancelled several appointments to be there.Guess what.? They sold the car.!! Wow its business not personal.My recommendation purchase out of the Albany Ny Capital region..
