Fantastic response throughout. Bought car from them. Only wish they were less than 12 hours from my home. Thankfully it's and short cheap flight there and a spirited drive home in the new car.

Dishonest. I contacted the dealer about a car on the site. They contacted me to setup an appointment. I had my own financing, but BMW had an offer to give a $2500 rebate if BMW financing was used instead. Sounds like a good deal if the interest rate was favorable. Test drove the car and when it came to quote time, they presented the quote with BMW financing. I asked about the BMW financing rebate and they said they already took the $2,500 off the price on the carguru.com site, their website and the sticker on the car. So, if I wanted to use my own financing, I would have to pay $2,500 on top of the sticker/carguru/website cost. And there was some $350 "etching" fee on top of the $400+ doc fee. I didn't buy the car. The terms of the program on the BMW site is that the rebate/discount is off the sales price and it's standard BMW Financing policy. I asked a couple times to the salesperson and then the sales manager to make crystal clear that they would not honor the parent company financing offer and they were clear that they would not sell me the car for the sticker price unless i used BMW financing. I asked even if I bring in cash, they would charge me an additional $2,500. I understand that the salespeople make more commission with their financing, but being dishonest is not the way to go.
