Fast, detailed response. Followed up. The car is some distance from me and I have not been able to get time to travel to it. The dealership has been excellent in communicating.

The Sales person was great, but the Finance team was Aweful. They took their time responding to the Lender and made the process longer.

This vehicle sold before I could view it. BMW Dallas was very open about the status.

Called and set appointment drove 3 hours and they sold the car. Did not get a call just please be far. If you drove 6 hours round trip how would you feel...thanks

I requested pictures of the vehicle and I was sent two pics one of the side of the car... and the other a close up of the radio. I was disappointed with the shots and it only being two pictures of a car unseen. Led me to believe that they did not really want my business.

Great experience, James provided outstanding customer service, answered all our questions and was very attentive when we came to pick up the vehicle. The finance representative was also very professional and efficient, and lastly the genius was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering every question and showing the features of the vehicle. Made an appointment with several emails from salesman confirming time and vehicle for test drive. Car was not available for test drive. Did substitute similar for test drive but unable to tell me when Original vehicle would be ready For test drive. Volunteered to bring to me but haven’t heard from them since.

Very quick to respond upon initial inquiry, but then tapered off and went silent after 3 days. I gave them the model, trim, mileage and price criteria (via text) but they never responded. Selection was limited and nothing fits with what we're looking for. 3-star rating for going silent and unresponsive.

Very responsive - received communication from 3 different persons. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had already been sold.
