New Audi RS Q8 for Sale in Baltimore, MD

Three separate times I was on way there to look at the car, and then they claimed it was not available for various, conflicting reasons - once I was told it hadn’t passed MD inspection, another time “Lexus had not released” this trade in, and three times “it has just been sold” right before my appointment. Really?? Don’t appreciate them wasting my time.

Set an appointment to see the car with mj and on my way to the appointment i was notified by someone else that it was sold... smh poor communication

If I could give a zero, I would. They sent a letter and suggest you contact them. It took over a day to get them to answer the phone or return a phone call. When you do talk with them, they are very rote and really no discussion. Was told that they would not come off listed price. Three days later, I receive an e- mail that they are lowering the price. Still waiting for more information.

Prompt email to my inquiry. Decided I didn’t like the color and moved on

Used cargurus to contact dealer about car. I had already test driven the vehicle. Sales person Keller responded within an hour by phone. Confirmed car had the desired accessories. We worked out an agreeable price by email and phone. Finance worked extremely hard to find a great interest rate. I live 3 hours away from Dealer and they met me half way to deliver car. No suprises!!! I had a new car in 4 days!! General manager sent email of congrats and other info.

Treated us as if we were buying none of their high-end new cars! Great team and experience.

Now working with dealer staff. They are internally working on found discrepancies to repair them to meet certification expectations. So far good and very good.
