Overview

The 2024 Audi RS 7 combines breathtaking acceleration and taut handling with a four-door fastback car that makes for a performance machine that’s equal parts fun and functional.
What’s New for the 2024 Audi RS 7
For 2024, the RS 7 is now exclusively offered in the new Performance trim. It is 18 pounds lighter and features a number of performance enhancements, including a more powerful engine.
Design
The RS 7 Performance visually differentiates itself from the standard A7 with its large honeycomb grille, as well as new 22-inch wheels that come fitted with Continental Contact Sport 7 tires. For 2024, the RS 7 also adds standout colors including Dew Silver and Ascari Blue.
Powertrain
Behind that menacing grille resides a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine. It churns out 621 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. Compared to the 2023 model, that’s up 30 hp and 37 lb-ft, respectively. Power is routed through an eight-speed automatic transmission to Audi’s signature Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD). The RS 7 can rocket from zero to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds on the way to a top speed of 155 mph. It can optionally have the top speed upgraded to 190 mph.
More than just straight-line speed, the RS 7 provides athletic handling thanks to its adaptive air suspension, a sport rear differential, all-wheel steering, and optional carbon ceramic disc brakes. EPA fuel economy estimates for the 2024 Audi RS 7 are 14 mpg city, 22 mpg highway, and 17 mpg combined. This precision V8 engine requires premium fuel.
Interior
Standard features on the 2024 RS 7 include a panoramic sunroof, quad-zone automatic climate control, LED ambient cabin lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, power-adjustable front seats, and Valcona premium leather upholstery. The available Executive package adds power soft-closing doors, a head-up display, heated rear seats, remote park assist, and added soft-touch leather surfaces.
The RS 7 provides 24.7 cubic feet of cargo space, which can be expanded with the rear seats folded. This area is accessed via a standard power rear liftgate.
Technology
The infotainment system consists of two center touchscreens—one on top of the other. The lower screen toggles the climate control, heated seat adjustments, and other vehicle settings. The upper screen contains the navigation system, audio controls, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also comes standard with a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system.
Safety
The RS 7 comes equipped with standard driver-assistance features such as forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, front and rear parking sensors, lane-departure warning, automatic high beams, and a 360-degree parking camera system.
Pricing
At the time of this writing, the 2024 Audi RS 7 has a base MSRP of $127,800. The Contour Seat package is a $1,200 option, the Driver Assistance package costs $2,250, and the Executive Package costs $2,750. The Black Optics package is a $3,750 item, and the Matte Carbon package will add $7,650 to the price. The Audi RS 7 is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile limited warranty.
