The sales person was ready to assist me and had the car parked just outside the showroom. The test drive went great because he led me around a circuit in a different car so I could feel more comfortable driving in a strange area. The total experience was top rate.

The internet sales manager was really rude. After I asked if the price is negotiable. this is what Majd responded "It’s the least expensive X5 on the market for this year & miles. We don’t negotiate on preowned cars but if a couple hundred bucks will help make a deal then I don’t mind." Common, I am not beggared! I am coped for the right deal. The way he talked, was not professional at all.

My interaction with them was not extensive, so this review is slight. Mostly they were fine, but my message to them from CarGuru website only had one question. In his full-paragraph reply, the question was not addressed, like he didn't bother to read anything except that he had a potential customer. So instead of getting an answer in 1 or 2 days, it took 4.

The dealer contacted me promptly and was very professional. After I was assured the car had no prior paint work, I went to see that car the same day with the intention of buying. I was disappointed to see (without a meter but just with my eyes) that both fenders and front bumper were painted. The sales manager confirmed that those panels were resprayed at the dealership. So, I ended up wasting a good afternoon, driving to and back from Beverly Hills.

I contacted the dealer on this Tahoe first. I made an appt for Sunday Morning. Sunday afternoon I drove my new Tahoe home. Before my appointment the dealer did contact me several times, to talk about the appointment and to confirm. Everyone at the dealer was very nice. Shout out to Josh who handled the sale.
