Made an (a week in advance) appointment drove all the way from baltimore just for them to tell me the car I was interested in was being serviced. If someone has made an appt to test drive a car why wouldn't it be ready? Especially when it's been on your lot for 60 days prior to me coming to test drive it? New Salesman Matin talked to me like I was a toddler when I asked him questions about the vehicle being serviced. They then told me it would be there in 20 mins in the mean time tried to get me to run my credit so they could see if I could afford another vehicle on the lot (an Acura). I told them no thank you and proceeded to leave. At this point my boyfriend who had been angrily quiet spoke with Matin and a sales manager who told him the car would be ready in an hour and they would call. They didn't call. I'm glad I chose not to stay in the area.
