I drove 3 hours to buy a used 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Premier. This was my first real car purchase I have ever made and I was beyond excited. The atmosphere surrounding this place was awesome when we showed up and things went very smoothly from the get go. However, when I took it on a test drive with my father we had asked multiple questions. One was if the Navigation Software was up to date. I was told yes by the salesman there and was excited about it because they kept it up to date with the most recent version. I ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day. A couple days later I noticed that the Nav system was telling me construction spots that had not been worked on in a year or two. I called OnStar and asked if they knew if my system was up to date. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've bought 6 new cars and 3 used cars over the past 35 years. I made an out the door offer on the car and sales manager Kenny replied it was acceptable. I live 250 miles from dealership, so I wanted a firm agreeable price before making the trip. When I arrived the car was parked right in front of the main door, it was immaculately cleaned and prepped. Even though this was a Chevy dealership, salesman Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable of the Mustang ecoboost, he even synced my phone to car in a matter of 10 seconds. Cole had me thru the purchase paperwork in a matter of 10 minutes. I was out the door with ownership paper in less than an hour from arrival. Even though I was buying a 2 year old used car, they treated me like I was buying a new car off their floor. Hats off to the entire staff
