Best car buying experience I've had in 20 years

After working with 5 different Mazda dealerships I decided to buy here. Dustin was super responsive and committed to working with us, even in the midst of historic flooding. Next time I'm buying I'll start here first.

Overall a good experience. I wasn't able to purchase the car, but dealer did respond.

I have been trying to get pictures of a 2008 Mustang and still do not have them. I originally contacted the dealer on 1/25/17 because I was very interested in the car. I have received 3 emails from William, possibly know as Latane , who is supposedly a Preowned Specialist. All he ever says in his email to me is "How are you doing today? Thank you for contacting us online. How can I help you? My response is always the same. I want pictures of the 2008 Mustang that you have for sale. The car has been listed on CarGurus for almost 2 months and not one photo of the car has been uploaded to the Cargurus website, or their own website, it's just stock photos. He is TERRIBLE at getting back to me (takes 2-3 days) and the last time I emailed him 2/23/17, I told him how dissatisfied I was in his service and he still has not even emailed me back or responded to my email. I decided to request information again through my work email hoping to finally get the pictures I have been wanting for over a month. I received a response from Jennifer and she inquired how I would like to receive the photos. I responded and advised through email rather than my phone so I can pull them up. That has now been 4 days and I have yet to receive the photos from either of them. We will see if they want my business or not. It really seems like they have no interest in selling cars. Good luck if you are needing to conduct most of the sale by phone and email like me. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealer and can't simply drop by after work. Buyer beware!!!! If I cannot even get pictures of a car they are "selling" and they have no actual photos on their own website, what is wrong with the car, or any other car they are selling. This dealer sounds very shady to me.

This dealership was very good to deal with. I had to drive about 8 hours to get there, but was able to pre-negotiate a deal through email and the vehicle was as described. All the salesmen were very professional and the whole process went smoothly.

I got a prompt response from this dealer but the car I wanted to look at had been sold.

Dealer immediately contacted me. Took an extra day to confirm a test drive date. Once test drive was complete, I wanted to get the vehicle in a different color, so the dealer said that they could order the car if I was truly interested in buying it. They also said that someone else was interested in the same color car, which was limited in supply. Once I got home, I tried reaching out to the dealer to get an indication of the price of the car, but they never responded to multiple inquiries on price. I ended up driving to a dealership in another city who helped me get the car I wanted in the color I wanted at the price I wanted with no hassle.

Their address was not on their website and when I contacted they responded right away. I haven't dealt with them in buying a car. But I will be passing by again and cross my fingers I will have a good experience!
