My initial experience was good with Alvaro, However I was less than impressed with other people that became involved in the buying process. There was a sound coming from the vehicle that I wanted addressed before buying. I was told it was "normal tire trim noise, nothing wrong with the vehicle" I told them that I would not buy until it was taken care of, later the next day Al called me and said that he and his manager replaced the tires and the noise was gone. This was correct and the noise went away. I did purchase the vehicle and it seems to be in good condition. Although the interior could have been detailed better.

They Were Very Prompt In Responding Back To Me!, Very Pleasant, Laid Back, Easy To Talk To,_Work With! The Visit Went Very Well,_Couldn't Have Been Better!. They Were Laid Back, Friendly, Kind, Greeted Me Smiles, & Immediately Assigned Someone To Work With Me!. The Salesman That Accompanied Me On The Test Drive Was Awsome, Very Professional, Friendly, Talkative, Relaxed, Understanding, Supportive, Easy To Communicate With, Marvelous, He Was Very Knowledgeable About All The Soooo Many Fsatures On The LEXUS ES 350. Had He Not!,_"Been A Tore Up Car!. Only Stress I Felt Was, When I Looked At All Them Buttons, Knobs, Features. "Could Been A DC10, I'd Be There All Day, With Them, Have Teach Me How, Drive It!. I Started To Feel Relieved As He Explained Things, Went Out Of His Way To Make Sure That I Was Comfortable, Safe, & Secure. He Adj. & Re:Adj.,My Seat, & A/C Until I Felt Comfortable Before, Take Of. The Car Was Super Quiet!. Could Hear A Pin Fall!, He Momentarily Shut Off The A/C, So I Could Listen For Any Noise. I Couldn't EVEN Hear The Engine. A Hushed Cabin,_"Living The Life Of Riley!!!. The Impressive Handling, So Smooth, Quiet, Comfortable, Front Seat & The A No Stress, No Pressure Salesman Made This Car Fun To Drive!, This Car Had All The Features I Wanted,_ But I Didn't Like, The Cheap Looking,_ Errie Yellow, Cashmere Leather Upholstery!. So I Offered Them $1,000 Lower Than The Asking Price. I Otherwise Liked The Car, Then I Sat On Pins & Needles, Hoping They'd Reject My Offer!, Little More Time To Think!,_ I Didn't Really Feel Like, I Could Live With The Interior Color,_Which Was No Fault Of Theirs." I Was Happy They Refused My Offer,_But, They Offered To Change The Upholstery, To My Liking For An Additional $1,500, And Buff Out The Scratches & Small Door Ding, At No Add. Chg._I Declined The Offer. They Had A Similar Car At Another Loc., Orig. I Had Talk To Both Dealers, Had Plan's To Ck It Out Too, It Was Close By, But I Ran Out Of Time. They Asked Me If I Had Ever Considered Leasing A Car VS Buying One, Opt., Etc, Info. But They Didn't Display Any Hi Pressure, Tactics, Not Detain, Not Persistent, Or Make Me Feel Like They Were Trying To Sell, Me Something Other Than What I Was Looking For!. i Didnt Have A Problem With That. Not Pushy, I Seen As Introd., "I Was Very Pleased With My Visit;, They Treated Me Almost Like Family. They Eagerly Answered All My Questions!!. "I Like Their Upfront Sincerity, Honesty, Friendly,V.Attentive, Supportive, Respectful, Responsible, Kind Attitude, I Was There About 1/1/2 Hours. I Hope The Oth. Car Is Still Available. I Would Buy A Car From This Dealership, & Definitely Refer Them To Others. Hope All Will Be Like This Visit!. I can't Think Of Not, One Thing, That They Could Done, To Make My Visit Better!. There customer service is terrible, when you test drive, they only let u drive in the lot, and they go with you, all the while asking you what you think and pressing you to buy the car. Then, when you tell them that there's something wrong with it that they didn't tell you, they insist that it was "checked over", and that they are going to get right on it. After you leave, they call you back within the hour, tell you that there was in fact something wrong with it, and then think that you already bought the car, and ask you if you want to go through with the repairs that will jack up the price of the car a grand, when the price really shouldn't change for their mishap. After that, they pull the old "my boss is yelling at me and I need to sell this car now", so as u can see, their dealership is a mess, and you should never shop there. Ever.

It was ok. Used car mgr, Brandon, can be abrasive. Got a good price. Tank was empty at delivery.

I have bought many vehicles in my life, I am 67 years old, and this has been the best car buying experience by far. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow.

I unfortunately did not purchase from them in the end but overall was very responsive to all my emails and very courteous in all responses.

Wonderful job. They got back to me the very next day but they are to far away from me to purchase a vehicle from their dealership.

Had appointment to test drive car. Car was dirty. , check engine light was on, it was out of gas, passenger side door was not functioning properly, and no one was there to help me. Then the salesman actually said selling that car was not a priority for them. Obviously.

First, they did not honor the price that was stated on CarGurus. They said the price changes daily and that I didn't capture the vehicle on the same day as the advertisement. Second, I had a coupon from the Russ Darrow website that verifies that they will honor the highest trade-in value of my car. I had to do a lot of painful negotiating to get that. They push exhaustively to sell add-ons, such as paint protection services and multiple levels of guarantees, etc. That wasted a LOT of my time. I called ahead to express that I already had an approved loan at a low rate. I said if they could beat or match that rate, I would consider their financing. At that time they assured me they could. When I got to the point of settling, they sprang on me that they couldn't meet the financing of my previous offers. Many, many red flags and bait-and-switches. This may be indicative of all dealers, Kia dealers or just this dealer. All I say is beware...they will try to up sell you on everything and waste a LOT of your time. They made a situation that I thought was very straightforward cumbersome and very disappointing. Be prepared for a CON game.

The people were very friendly during my car buying experience but I have called 4 times now about an issue related to my new car purchase they should resolve and have not received a call back.

Your price is out of line. I prefer not to haggle over price but these are out of line. I can hop a flight down to Texas and find one way cheaper similar miles and the body has not seen the winter salt for the past 9 years. If I am going to buy one up here, I need a great deal.

Dealer lost our sale by telling us that other dealers were lying about their posted price. We bought from that other dealer and got it below the posted price.

Dishonest. Tried to pull the old bait-and-switch. Made an appointment on Tuesday afternoon to look at a car Wednesday morning, drove one and a half hours to get there when I got there they said the car was sold but conveniently had some other ones in the same price range. This is why people do not like used car dealers exclamation point

When I was told to ask for a guy they wouldn't get him for me and they told me they sold already after i spoke with them that morning about the car!

Any responded very quickly & provided me with enough information to want to test drive it but it was sold before I got back to her.

Seemed like a bait and switch, incredible price with low miles and as soon as i contact its sold then am repeatedly contacted to look at similar more expensive options

Dealer responded immediately. Couldn't find key to car of interest, but salesman did show similar vehicles within price range.

I asked to be emailed, not phoned although I had to give both pieces of info. I got phoned. Also, I replied to a canned email, but no answer from the reply to the mass email.

Dealer sold car before I came in. I understand that on occasions, computers do not take a vehicle out of inventory promptly, however, this was the third time a Russ Darrow dealership did this to me within the past month. Definately iritated me.
