Truck was supposed to be ready when I got there it was not then was told it was in body shop. It was not, after wasting 3 hours of my life they found it needless to say they wanted to much I think another salesman wanted to sell it to a friend. No matter I think it was a blessing. But do not trust their words.

Went to purchase this truck, told them I was buying and had the check in hand. Right after getting the check to drive 2 and a half hours to purchase the truck I get a call saying that another salesman took the truck out of cleaning and sold the truck just as I was leaving the bank, shady people to deal with, do not waste your time.

Great experience. Wasn't able to close the deal because of engine issues. I was so grateful for the salesman and service department being upfront and honest about the condition of the vehicle. I really wanted to get this car for my college-age daughter, but their honesty helped me to realize that it would just be a headache for her down the road. I look forward to working with them again.

Contacted them and got a new salesman that I know. We exchanged prices and suddenly no more contacts from them. They regard themselves as the biggest dealer in Ms and when they found out that I would not pay their price, they just dropped contact. Their price for my trade in was not close to Kelly BB which I wanted. Would not recommend them!

The dealer was very sorry the car that I was interested in was no longer available, and sent and email of cars that I may be interested in, with a price range that I could afford.

They offered me something more expensive than what I chose and then didn't want to come down to a payment I could afford at first. They eventually sold me a lower costing vehicle after two days of battling.

We looked at a truck got a price drove it. And then was told someone was in the show room doing paper work on it. So we left 2 hours later we received a call the other person did not qualify, we told him we would let them know Monday, they called about 20 times saturday even saying we need to come back today. We did not buy the truck because of the pressure from them.

I sent info as to what I was looking for but never had anyone acknowlege that they were helping to locate the vehicle I wanted.
