I was contacted immediately after my initial inquiry. My salesman, Andrew, was very professional, and walked me through every step of the process. I never felt pressure to buy anything that I didn't want or need. The dealership was clean and very high tech looking. I got a good trade-in value for my old vehicle. Financing went smoothly. The GM even came out and shook my hand after my sale was completed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

Dealer was quick to respond and I did end up buying the car from them. Small problem did occur with car in 1st week and dealer took care of it despite car being used. Transaction and experience was very pleasant.

I called them back and scheduled an appoint to drive. Car was filthy and when he described the car he should of but glasses on. I am very meticulous which I told him that . Got there opened the door and left

Turns out vehicle had been in accident and was not revealed, prior to bringing to own mechanic. Internet sales contact did a very good job however from a service perspective.

Great group of people at this dealership. Mark and the sales acount manager was stern yet accurate with numbers. Guys worked 3 hours over to close my deal and Im 2 days happy with all their customer service. Meridith was greal and very friendly as well.

Crown BMW was fantastic. They took the time to explain everything and were attentive to our questions ands needs. Both Dimitri the Manager and Nick, the Salesman were fantastic. I travelled from Raleigh to purchase in Richmond. I will definitely do it again.

Akshay is very nice and set up a test drive for three different cars, that I was able to do within an hour. As I'm still in the investigation stage, he did not pressure me with a high sales pitch, but did follow up with a phone call a few days later. I also appreciate not getting daily phone calls. Highly recommend.

I didn't purchase from them but they were very responsive and when I asked to see some photos of a particular vehicle they posted two dozen the very next day.

Dealer called me every day for 2 weeks even after I indicated I would not be buying a car. I will NEVER give Richmond BMW Crown Mini one penny of my money or my business. Their sales tactics are disgusting.

The salesperson I spoke with didn't suggest I speak with Finance Manager about my finance questions. I don't think he took my car buying as serious. So I did call back and spoke with a Finance Manager who was VERY helpful. Unfortunately the vehicle sold before I could get to Richmond and look at it.
