The picture in the listing was not right truck went to go look at truck truck need lots of work done todon't know where they got the posting for a listing of how much truck which were this picture of this truck is not the truck to head for sale

Truck wasn't ready when.i got there out of diesel fuel. Drove 2 hrs. One way to see it and it was rusted out in both the doors. If I'd known I'd never have driven up to see it.

I called the dealership. They were very organized and quickly put me in touch with the proper people. Through an informative discussion, I was able to deduce that it was not the truck for me. 2WD, I was looking for 4WD.

It was the worst experience ive ever had trying to buy a vehicle. I had cash to buy a vehicle and was run off the lot by the staff. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from pioneer chevy. It was the WORST car lot in the tri cities.

It seems there was some confusion in the deal agreement that you had agreed to. Sadly your offer of 2807.00 less than the agreed price that originally signed was not something we could accept. Generally in this business when you agree to s price and sign the agreement that is the deal. Seems there was a disagreement on that. We are sorry you felt as if your experience was less than what you expected.

Ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford Focus for my mom after the dealer telling us that the Dodge Caliber had to have a new transmission! Great salesmanship and professionalism from the whole staff especially the financing salesman!!

Friendly people at the dealership and nothing wrong with the purchased used car once ready to be delivered, but the various administrative functions one has to deal with (phone operator, salesman, financial manager, title manager, service & parts) seem to be uncoordinated leaving the customer in the middle guessing what to believe. Can be aggravating. I hope this was a fluke and they normally do better.
