Sold they were very very pleasant. I dealt with
Katie very sweet. I was going to trade in a BMW
M3 and tried to forward pictures and kept
getting rejected. By the time I got her managers
phone and sent them to the phone was about a
week in the car had been sold not a big deal.

Metro plays all the usual dealership games. Pretending my offer was way too low when it wasn't.
Getting me to the dealership multiple times and then never making a counter offer. Trying to get me
into a 6 year loan on a vehicle that was already 7 years old! Bait and switch from one vehicle to a Ford.
You name it they tried it! My advice would be to stay away.
We are still looking for exactly what I want. Darlene has been such a pleasant person to
work with and I am hopeful she will find me my Escape!!
Was a good experience except when I went to pick up the car the windshield had been cracked so had to make arrangements to get it replaced. Also we told them about some mold on the seatbelts that was there and we were told they would take care of that but they never did . The car could have been a lot cleaner was really disappointed in that.

first time I was there, there was an argument on the sales floor between a service detailer and a salesperson about money. Then another salesperson had an incident happen which he was yelling on the sales floor, swearing using many 4 letter words, as I left the dealership I had to walk through a group of salespeople smoking at the front entrance. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. they had me drive down a second time, with the thought they would work on the price, they deceived me and did not move off the price they gave me over the phone. NOT A PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP

Dealer contacted me within an hour of sending request to set up a test
drive. Went to dealer the next day and car was exactly as described. Ended
up buying it that same day.
The car I was interested in had been sold, but they made every effort to get me into another one. They were polite, professional and very accomodating. Most important to me was that they listened to me and what I wanted. As soon as they get a car that meets my criteria, they will notify me.

you're looking to get water or
coffee while you wait
