I traveled over 1,300 miles to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I was met with the highest quality of service and attention to detail. From the first phone call to the handshake when I left the lot everything was perfect. Every person in the dealership walked around with big smiles, upbeat and great attitudes. You could tell they were happy to be there! You know you are buying from a great dealer when previous customers are just stoping in to chat and say hi. I worked with a salesman named Gino. I could not have asked for a better experience. There is first class service and then their is Field’s first class. I am happy to say Gino and Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville, FL has captured as a customer and I will be back again. And that says a lot if I’m willing to travel 1,300 for a vehicle purchase.

I love my new car!! However, the customer service at this dealership was lacking. While the finance manager was by far one of the most friendly and efficient members of this operation, the sales manager was so pushy and came on so strong, that I nearly passed on the car deal.

Initial experience was fine. However, after test driving on a Monday and making an offer to buy, was told the next day that the vehicle was sold. However, the vehicle is still listed for sale a week later, and it is listed at an increased price of what they originally advertised on the internet. It appears that they advertised a low bottom-one price to get consumers to their dealership, but then deceitfully changed the price and claimed the vehicle to be sold.

I found the exact car I was looking for thru CarGurus. And I read a review on an associate, Sean Dowling, I called him and set an appt for the next day. Jackie Figario met me and we drove and discussed all points of this car and to make sure this was the right decision also drove and discussed the points of another car. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I would give the dealership, Sean, and JACKIE the highest ratings. I also had a 150 mile drive each way, but it was worth the extra time for this long term connection.

Attempted to negotiate and purchase a car online. Initial sales person was quick to respond management was not. I made several calls and sent several emails after making contact to my demise they sold the vehicle. This is after I made a commitment of sending a mechanic to review the SUV. But I must credit the fact that the vehicle was in good condition and well price.

MIxed feelings. They have some nice trade in used cars and the price was right, but don't let them tell you that you don't need to do a thorough inspection before you leave. The rear window woulldn't move up and down and two center caps on the wheels were broken. Luckily the window just needed to be reset because the battery had been disconnected and reconnected which apparently caused the system to shut the rear window down. Still trying to get them to replace the wheel center caps. They were nice about it but thoroughly inspect the car before your leave the lot. That was the only part of the transaction theyt gave me heatburn, but otherwise it was a good experience. Jackie ( the sales lady) was very nice and I believe she meant well.
