Outstanding service

The pricing was fair, as advertised I felt they were a little overpriced and wouldn't budge on price at all. (It would have been nice to see a little budge since they used a competitive fluctuating price system). It seems like all Mercedes dealerships around are over pricing their vechicles. I've seen MSRP pricing on used cars which seems crooked to me. Lucky, Farmington Marcedes wasn't doing that, which is why I went there. But, if you are going to price cares in comparison to another dealership that's over pricing cars by a large margin then by system you'd also be on the mid to higher end of pricing. They offered me little on my trade in, I was disappointed, but that's to be expected at every dealership I've ever done business with. I wanted the car specifically for the color and it didn't have extra unessary crap added to it. The car is great for a base model (with a exterior upgrade) but I didn't even get features on it that cars in this price range should have standard, so I figured I'd get a little haggle room. I certainly wouldn't want them to not make some money they have Salaries to pay and they need to stay open, but I think they could improve. I would have went 5 stars if. 1 they would have budged on trade in even if by a couple hundred. 2. The willingness to budge on asking price being their prices fluctuate, that tells me they could work on price a little. As far as customer service goes, they all seem like a great group of people. The parts department has some helpful knowledgeable people, and I plan On doing business with them in the future. I didn't get a ladies name, but she printed some papers for me and took a payment of mine, she seems really nice. I did business with a man Named Dave and he's good at what he does. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all honest. He answered all my questions. Figuratively speaking he "kept it real with me". In a few years when I want another vehicle, and if I plan I buying another Mercedes I'll probably hit Dave up.
