The details of the car said that it had leather seats and a navigation system. My husband and I drove 3 hours to buy the Juke. When we arrived the juke smelled like cigarette smoke, had cloth seats and no navigation system. The dealer knew that I was driving from out of state. He could have at least taken the time out of his day to check on the car and see if it was everything they claimed it was. They tried to blame CarGurus for the mistake. They even offered to add leather seats "AT COST". The only reason I'm giving them one star is because the people were nice to me. Other than that I would definitely avoid dealing with them at all cost.

ALM/MLM was very helpful and took care of my car buying experience. Especially Raphael Arocho, exceptional salesman who is great to converse and negotiate with. They took my car in as a trade in and helped us finance a 2017 Camaro. Really great and straightforward place , 10/10 would shop again. They take really great care of every car that crosses the premises onto their property. Raphael made us trust him and reassured us we were in good hands with no hidden fees or tricks.

Hello the service was really sorry. No one ask could they help me. I called them 3 times as i was on the lot and while waa in the dealership. No one spoke to me. I knew anything about the truck i wanted to buy even down to the vin # The lady that finally I got to help was one of the worst salespeople. I went there to buy a pickup truck but I will never give them my Money

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible. The guy I got was terrible, was on his phone the whole time he was with me. He checked my credit before he even showed me the car. On the other hand, the car is really damaged for the price they have. Probably never coming back.

Saw this vehicle online and inquired. Completed the application on line and instructed salesperson to not pull my credit report multiple times. They pulled my credit 7 times when I had been approved by the first lender....unacceptable!!!! I live over 7 hours away and asked for pics and videos of the vehicle before embarking on such a long trip to purchase the vehicle. I wasn’t notified of any exterior blemishes, scratches or damage until I asked. The salesperson kept saying they were not that visible, however I could see the damage from the pics sent. I requested that the scratches and dings be repaired and I never received pics of the repair. I would not recommend this dealership. If I would have went all the way to GA to purchase this vehicle, I would have been livid with the condition of the car. The salesman contacted me and said the vehicle is now being sold as is. I quickly moved on and found the perfect 2016 Lexus RX Sport for $2000 less and the car is in excellent condition.

Horrible. Placed a deposit on a vehicle just for it too be sold out from under me. Two days after putting a $500 Deposit on the car, they called and said it was in the shop with transmission issues and it would be two weeks. I was disappointed as I had already been told it went through the inspection process, and was now being told this issue was found while going through inspection. They offered to refund my money, but I decided to wait for the truck to be finished. A few days later, the vehicle was sold to somebody else. When asking why the vehicle I “secured” with a deposit had been sold, they tried to tell me that I told them I didn’t want the vehicle. They said they refunded my deposit. Obviously a lie. If I didn’t want it then why would I be calling asking when it would be ready? I have yet to receive my deposit back after being told it had been done a week ago. So no vehicle and my money is still missing. This vehicle was going to be a late birthday gift for my wife.

They were very professional and I really enjoyed the personal touch of the gentleman that contacted me and tried to make a deal with me. I was contacted by Nick via text message and he seem really nice. I got to the dealership and Duane stepped in which was odd. Duane presented the car and it had minor issues that he said they can fix. Throughout the sale Duane seem nice and helpful which was a good impression. After the sale was done he called to tell me the car had major issues and recommend to choose another vehicle so i chose some others and they all had major issues. I finally had it and request my money back and that's when things changed. Duane really didn't talk to me about getting my money back and reluctant in taking my calls. Always said he would call me back and never did. Once i finally got in contact with Duane he gave me a number to the Corporate office which led to a answering machine and they never called me back. So i called Nick and got him involve and he was absolutely helpful even though i didn't use him as a salesmen. He got my money back which i had doubts that i would never get back. Thanks Nick

I actually did not go into the dealership to try and work anything out. I have been told by so many my situation right now is hopeless. But I did give 4 stars because they contacted me straight away by phone and email. That in it self deserves 4 stars because these days with dealerships sometimes you don't even get contacted. MLM was very easy to work with. They were not a high pressure dealership at all. The sales rep spent time to get the car ready for us, and when we came out to view it, he had it parked at the front with all the doors open and allowed us to explore the features before taking it for a test drive. I would definitely consider buying a car from them.

By far the worst experience I have had at a dealership. Stan, the used car sales manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Not worth your speaking or even being at this specific location. I first tried speaking with the manager about the car I was trying to buy from them, he first let's the sales person know that he is too busy to talk to me. Excuse me? Too busy to take 60 seconds of your life to earn business from a customer whose willing to spend over 30 thousand dollars? He finally gets here after I asked for the second time, sits down and automatically starts being rude. I offered him 30,000 for a car that was in a COLLISION and had a bad carfax, which that price was even being too nice. Manager walked up and walked away. Not once did i raise my voice or did was I rude. How unprofessional are you that you're going to walk away from a talking customer that only offered you couple thousands less than what you had posted? Unbelievable!

There is no "Bait and Switch" at our store, all sold vehicles are automatically deleted from our website the day they are sold, it takes between 24 to 72 hours from third party sites thought.

Great price, but I highly recommend you bring a mechanic to look at the car. I also had issues with getting my car that I trade in paid off after a month because the dealer didn’t do the paperwork correctly the first time. I had to end up still paying on my old car until and still waiting for it to be paid off. I’ll update when my trade in car is actually paid off.

I contact this dealership, Marietta Luxury Motors via Email. communication with Mimi.. asking if the price was negotiable.. instead of telling me "no" she began explaining when the car was manufactured and the price at the time it was built.. I'm trying to pay in full cash right now from Texas, not beat around the bush... complete waste of time. I just ended the conversation with "Please disregard.. Happy Holidays" conversation over.

I was very upset and wanted to speak to the manager who wasn't there, he then gave me a wrong number to the corporate office. I called back the following Monday only to get the run around. Sales rep was very rude on the phone. I called about a vehicle’s price and asked if it was negotiable because I had found 3 cars and was going to purchase the better deal— he basically said the prices are set in stone and that they are in business to make money. I explained to him that I understood but was in market to purchase and most places would negotiate. I asked to speak with someone over him with the power to do so and he continued to inform me that they couldn’t make any changes. I purchased a car the same day from a dealership that negotiated prices. They lost a sale that day and will never get my business!!

Don’t waste your time. Drove over 2 hours to look at a vehicle described on the site as “in immaculate condition”, then found out from the staff that it had been in two accidents and displayed hail damage on the hood. One of the staff members also doesn’t know the difference between north and south, and sent me all the way up 400 even though I was already in the area and just confirming the address. Thanks to the incorrect directions I was stuck in traffic on 75 NORTH trying to get back, only to be very disappointed by the service and vehicle. If for whatever reason you do choose to conduct business with this dealer, do yourself a favor by looking at the vehicles in person and comparing them with the online listing description first.

I initially went there to browse and wasn’t expecting to purchase anything due to an unfortunate total loss of my vehicle but they helped me every step of the way. I ended up driving off the lot in a “new to me” vehicle. I love my Jeep!

WORST treatment I ever experienced. I set an appointment to see a car I was very interested in. Upon arrival I was shuffled around by 4 people. I could not test drive bc it needed a fuel pump. Two days later I called and texted the dealership and got no response. I asked to speak with a manager and I hung up after 10 minutes on hold. Later I learned that the car had been sold, but never got the common courtesy of a call back. 1 star is too many.

My experience with Marietta Luxury Motors was extremely positive. My partner and I stopped by MLM Saturday morning 2/24/18 to test drive a few cars I’d found while searching their online inventory. I wanted to visit MLM before visiting other dealerships, primarily because of their vast assortment of quality used automobiles. However, after finding the perfect car and the perfect salesman, MLM ended up being our only stop as I would end up driving away smiling in my ‘New to Me’ 2016 Mazda Mazda3 i Sport ~ which might I add had less than 27,000 miles. Allan Crawford was our sales representative and he was awesome to work with. Allan made the whole experience of purchasing my new car painless and stress free. Allan was very efficient, knowledgeable and took the necessary time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Allan was professional and also very personable which made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park. While we were finalizing all of the necessary documents, the professional MLM team was busy washing, detailing and cleaning my new car ~ restoring it back to its original showroom luster. My partner and I were very impressed with MLM, as well as with Allan Crawford, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. If you’re in the market for a quality used automobile, I highly recommend you taking the time to check out MLM prior to visiting other dealerships. You may find MLM ends up being not only your first stop but your last stop as well. I bought a car from Marietta, and while my overall experience was good, it was tainted by the Sales guy at the closing and the missing lug nuts discovered on my vehicle when I got home. I was advise of all the great features of a gold bumper to bumper warranty, and quoted a price verbally, I came back next day to close and they added 895 to statement and advised many of the features were "extra", it left a very sour taste in my mouth, I will likely tell all my friends and NOT do business with them again. The missing lug nuts, makes any multi point inspection, highly suspect

Well, to say that the service was fantastic would be an understatement. Richard was our sales representative and he was great. Knowledgeable and not pushy. The sales manager was exactly what you want when buying a new car. He explained everything before signing, added an extended warranty and got my payments right where I wanted them. I highly recommend visiting them; their selection of vehicles range fro the low $10k all the way up to the high end sports cars. I was very disappointed, i called 2 day before driving 40 mins to go test drive the car and i also called an hour before I started off and after I got there they lied to me that the car was on a test drive with another customer, i waited 40mins only to be told the car keys are lost so you can only view the car but can not drive it. The would contact me when the found the keys it's been 8 day never heard back from them. I wouldn't recommend this dealership am sorry that's not how you do business.

Could not get a consistent person to work with. Seemed a bit disorganized. The car I was interested in was advertised with photos that looked great and the price was very competitive. Upon inspection the car I noticed massive cosmetic issues that needed addressing. They did not do an adequate job getting the car in retail shape to sale and that was obvious by how long they had tried to sell the car I was interested in. Clearly all they needed to do is fix it up but instead of taking the money off the deal to allow me to do this they insisted my assessment of the damage was over priced. Generally speaking I was not impressed by the customer experience. The also seem to get their cars from auctions up north so be careful of salt corrosion etc. the car I was looking at had a lot of rust underneath. Not saying can’t get a good deal on a good car just inspect closely and DO NOT buy sight unseen from this dealer.

I drove to this place from a very far distance. It was the wrong description of the mercedez benz on the website. Jerrard one of the manager was very very helpful in explaining everything about the car and worked a lot to make this deal happen.Although I didnt buy the car but I recommend this place as Jerrard and Jeff came up with a lot of possible options to make the deal happen and were very respectful to me and my wife.I would still like to buy from them in future and recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who want to do business. I talked with the online person by phone and email. I had asked her to email me some pictures she first said ok. There were 50 pictures showing already. She later told me to go on Website. She never sent any pictures. I went 3 1/2 hours and the car was there, but it was not the same as the pictures on the website. I called the online person back before I got there, she would not respond to my call. She never knew I was going to see the car. She was great about calling and emailing me when we were trying to negotiate. After that didn't work, I decided to take the trip and call when I get close to there. I did that, but she didn't respond. THE YOUNG MAN THAT WORKED WITH ME ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREAT!!!. I gave a 2 star because the pictures were misleading. The service was great. I didn't get a vehicle from there.

Friday July 07, 2017 we began our adventure with a list of vehicles and dealerships in hand. As we were driving around I called MLM and spoke to Russell, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the Jeep Liberty we were interested in. We viewed 6 vehicles before we finally arrived at MLM. The experience was awesome, negotiations were smooth, our daughter was overjoyed with her first vehicle. This dealer demonstrated excellent communication and they also worked very hard to gain our business. They secured acceptable financing for us and so, we flew to Atlanta and purchased this vehicle. Dealer paid for transportation from airport, provided refreshments and food, and dropped price $1000.00 due to vehicle issues we did not see in photos. The dealer treated us wonderfully and professionally. They did not, however, have the vehicle properly cleaned at all. It was very dirty and it took us five days to get it detailed and properly clean. (Lots of labor on our part) Over all, despite an unpleasant drive back home, we're very happy with this purchase and we feel like we got a great deal on an awesome, strong, impressive vehicle.

I was very disappointed in my overall experience with MLM. My first impression was positive, but after the price was negotiated, my impressions changed. It took forever to get the paperwork completed. I gave my driver’s license to the sales rep to complete the paperwork and never got it back. I didn’t realize that until a few days later and after several calls and emails they finally responded to my inquiry. They say they can’t find it so who knows where it is now? Like other reviews of this dealership, they don’t come across as reputable. When I purchased the car they could only find one set of keys. A few days later they said they found the second set, but again it took me several phone calls and emails to get it sent to me. I followed up with a few other questions about the car I purchased and got NO response. If at all possible, don’t deal with this organization they are not professional (think SHADY USED CAR DEALERSHIP).

The staff was great, very attentive and accomanible. The car is beautiful, but as the last few days have passed, my wife and I realize it is much less than desired. The car was not clean. They failed to tell us that the previous owner was a smoker. The brakes scrub and there is a leak in the washer fluid tank. I have reached out to the dealer to express my docontent. I am hoping the dealership will work with me to make it right.

The dealer did contact me, and i wanted to buy the car. the trouble was that the dealer had an additional $800 in dealer fees to add to the base price. Since most buyers will compare cars based on price, there should be a statement by the dealer on what the "out the door price" is for a car.

Received an auto email from the dealership and another email from a sales rep within a few hours. I had asked a question in my inquiry but this form email did not answer it. No additional follow-up from them or myself but I had a delay in my buying process so I probably will follow up with them more when I am ready to move forward.

Spoke to me through email and text. She didn't annoy or aggravate. She was super helpful. Only complaint was the car was in HORRIBLE condition but was listed as excellent condition and the only pictures I was sent was ones of the few spots that didn't have dog hair, brown nasty carpet, or a rip in the seat. The headliner was even disgusting. I understand it had just came in, but I let her know on Saturday we were coming Monday around lunch and you of thought they would of made it a priority and cleaned it up, even some. But the rest of the cars on lot, the high end cars, were immaculate.

Very Poor. Car was not available. Made an appointment to see another car from their Gwinette store the next day. Kept Appointment and that car was also not available. Manager was to contact me and never did. Overall poor service. Salesman forgot appointment.

I can't rate them based on buying a car, as I bought one before going to see them. However, if you contact this dealer, ask for the salesman, Benjamin. He is FABULOUS and I really wanted to buy a car from him. Unfortunately, we found a more perfect deal before heading his way. Benjamin will take GOOD care of you.

Salesgirl could barely speak English and didn't know anything. Went down there because they told us they could get us 84 month financing and they lied to us. Waited around for four hours and left. Told us they would call us the next day. They never called. Sales manager told my wife one thing and me another. Couldn't even keep track of lies. Ending up buying a truck in much better condition from a reputable Ford dealer. Save yourself some time and don't go there

I loved the car and the price. My only concern was that the arm rest on rhe driver door was torn and the lower bolster was also stained. Also the cover on the back of the driver's mirror was missing. I drove the car and it responded well to being driven.

This is the most dishonest and disrespectful dealership I have EVER worked with! Travelled from NC after working with salesman and working a pending deal. He made no mention of deposit and called when I was 10 min away from there to say they had sold it! When I got there in person the salesmen were extremely disrespectful and clearly didn't care. I wasted my time and money so do yourself a favor and give your business to someone that deserves it! Wish I could give them zero stars cause they were terrible!

I was contacted immediately after sending an e-mail. I was told they had it and I would be ready to look at it tomorrow at 1PM. I woke up the next morning-got another call to confirm my appointment about the 2006 BMW E46 M3 I said "I'd be there :)" I arrived-it was sold :(. My dreams were crushed. I called later and had another associate tell me it actually WAS sold, so they were very honest and I thank them for that. They were very friendly and understanding of my financial situation and letting a dream come true. The honesty really does mean a lot to a customer, so they're good in my eyes, thanks :)!

We when arrived, the salesman who contacted me originally was with another customer so we were provided another salesman. The new salesman did not say one word and answered "I don't know" to any question I asked. You could tell he was really annoyed he had to go on the test drive so we left. Thought customer service was about the customer...not the salesman.

Allan was good, numbers ended up being more than agreed upon prior to my 2+hr drive. Lots more cosmetic blemishes on the truck than listed and a broken speaker too. Hugh (Finance mgr) was great, worked hard to get me the most possible for my situation, even though more than I wanted to pay. Despite the price difference, I'm comfortable with the deal and payments. I do recommend coming prepared with all current loan paperwork of trading.

My salesman was Eduardo. He was awesome! He stayed in contact with me via email since I was not local. He made sure the vehicle was there before I drive the 2 hours to inspect/but it. He answered all my questions before I came out, even personally inspecting and driving the car himself to make sure everything was top notch! He was not pushy. He was pleasant to work with and honest. It was worth the 2 hour drive! I would work with him again in the future....he made buying a car a nice experience!

I received a call from a young man named Abraham, We talked concerning a meeting to consider a deal, however that never came to fruition as I was unable to make the 35 mile trip due to out of town conflicts. I have since decided not to trade my Corvette. Perhaps at some future time. My only negative experience concerned their inability to provide any photos of the truck.

Okay...I didn't buy my truck with them...but it wasn't for them trying to earn my business! Seuelimon tried very hard, worked as my advocate between what I wanted, the price I wanted to pay and what management was willing to do. They almost earned it but for some better features on a similar vehicle. Keep them in mind for your future purchase and GO SEE SEUELIMON! Tell him JP sent you! (I get nothing)

The inventory was nice...nothing came with a warranty....but the service was the worst out of everything...the salesman Abraham completely lied to me about an approval and I was given the run around...I was told I couldn't test a car of my choice until they saw what I would qualify for....then when I finally get a call to test drive the car I wanted I get to the dealership and he car was sold mind you this was only a 15 minute window after I got off the phone with the salesman...overall I hated it and would not recommend for anyone to purchase anything from this dealership

Wanted $1,300 in taxes. They asked $599 for a "lot fee" on a car that sat on a side of a building, growing in kudzu that sat there for a day and a half. They wouldn't wave it either. Bad salesmen who were super pushy and kept doing a good cop bad cop run around. Eventually walked out and drove away while they were still talking. 0/10. Won't go back.

The sales person started out being very nice but when I started to ask questions about the car he became defensive. The car was very very dirty and light on drivers side was broken. The dirt was not from sitting outside. It was mud. They said they didn't clean the cars until after they had a contract. Overall didn't trust this dealer at all. Info salesperson told me about previous owners was NOT true. I got more details by paying for a vin number rpt. Again I would not buy a car from this dealership unless it was cheap and i could get it checked out by my own person.

I had to call them several times to find out information on a car that had been in their possession for more than 140 days. Each time I called, I was told that specific info on the car was not available because it was "being serviced". The salesman also did not know why the car was being serviced. Seemed like a ploy to get me to go to their lot. I did not do business with them.
