I had a great car buying experience with Aaron at Alpha Auto. The very first time I called him he went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was very transparent. When I went to see and test drive the car, it was in fantastic shape and ready to be shown. The car far exceeded my expectations. I had previously looked at the same model car at at least a handful of other dealerships and almost none of them were in as good of condition as this one. In between test driving and buying the car, Aaron was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though I had to work for a few days in between, I never felt rushed or hard pressed to make the purchase. This is my first manual transmission car and also the nicest car I've owned so far. It meant a lot that even after I've bought the car he was willing to answer a few questions I had about properly maintaining it. All in all I would say that I'm very pleased with both the customer service and the car that I purchased from Alpha Auto.

I fully support this business and the people who have put all of their time into keeping this place grow! Aaron is incredibly communicative and well-understood when he is addressing any questions or comments you may have about anything. During my primary business interests at AlphaAuto, I happened upon a vehicle that I knew was a catch. Kudos to Aaron for finding it when he did; everything was about timing here. After having some confidence runs with how we could come to an agreement, Aaron made every aspect of his listing clearly explained and with great professionalism, as I intended on acquiring the vehicle quickly. There was never any pressure to make a decision about anything on the table, everything moved along at a comfortable pace. He even went as far as making a couple particular arrangements for the vehicle before our deal was finished! Most notably, there was a minor sensor replacement job that needed to be followed up on, and that turned into an entire wheel hub replacement for a crucial part of the sensor system... and I truly appreciate the guys at AlphaAuto for making arrangements to have that taken care of. I would definitely recommend these guys and this business! TL;DR: Alpha Auto is a really great place to find your next wheeled cruise ship!! (Or whichever vehicle you drive. The next time I need to find an awesome vehicle, I will first contact Aaron at Alpha Auto Solutions!

Erin is amazing not pushy, very informative, encouraged test driving and very professional. He made me want to do business with no one except him. I have looked for a vehicle in many different places but his caliber of vehicles and customer service is the best I've seen. I didn't buy from him yet due to shopping around for better prices however I do plan on going back and doing business with him. I highly recommend alpha for a used vehicle!
