good friendly experience. I was disappointed to find all of the cars had additional add ons ($$ ) that were not listed on line. If I could get my chosen car without the bells and whistles, I would go back. They were very nice

I contacted them several times explaining exactly what I was looking for. They would say they'd get back to me but really pressured or tried to pressure me into setting up an appointment time to come see them. I think I was contacted by them one time with a car that was $6k over What it should've been. Then I get a voicemail from them saying that they've tried several times to contact me and was I still interested. No one ever tried to contact me. That is just another example of not being in touch with your customer and just sending out generic coorespodence. I, just yesterday, got an email saying pretty much the same thing as the voicemail...tried servers times to contact me (tried to make it sound like its your fault). Unsuccessfully. Blah blah blah. I responded and said no one has contacted me. Got an immediate phone call. Cheesy.

We almost bought that car but found info on it that we didn't like. The Salesman made it a point to say numerous that he didn't know anything about nisson. My husband asked him how to make the seats higher and he said I don't know I deal with honda. Furthermore he didn't know how long the warrantee was or if it were transferable. He made it very clear that if we needed to know something about this particular car we were going to have to find out ourselves. We liked the car a lot and choose to ignore his attitude but we certainly have no plans of going back there
