The dealer did contact me and I made an appointment to test drive the car. After locating similar vehicles with less mileage and more competitively priced, I decided to forego the test drive and continue my search.

Excellent service, great deal. Started the process getting an internet quote with Mrs Thompson. Finish the deal with Omid who explain in great detain everything in the car. Omid went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home.

I received conflicting information from the sales persons I spoke with. I was told the car was not available for sale then another told it was. When I inquired and they checked they then told me the car was in process of being purchased. At one point it was not even on the lot to view. Then the next hour it is being sold. I told them it appears the left had does not know what the right hand is doing. I would not be doing business with them because I can't trust them.

Vehicle wasn’t ready to test drive due to dealership making some repairs needed to bring it up to standard which is great in Global BMW part. They did let me view the vehicle and it was in good sharp. I was only had money for 3600 out door so we were too far apart.

Dealer claimed price was firm at $33,798 (added $799 for dealer prep). No negotiation.

Not at all helpful. TiAnna is very difficult to get an appointment for a test drive, trade in value, or even willing to do at home as they are offering a this time. Was very excited when I found this car and the dealership it’s at. Not so much anymore!!
