This dealer insists on charging $4,200 over the stated value of the car.
Their response when I made an inquiry about flexibility in pricing was
promptly returned with a bold, unfriendly: $12989 FIRM (that was the
full response I copied and pasted.) I just think with so much information
available for buyers that you would find that the dealer would be open to
negotiation. This dealer, Denver Motors in Englewood, isn't interested in
working with potential cash customers. Be prepared to overpay for a
vehicle if you buy it at Denver Motors. (I'm not opposed to them making
a profit, but they are being pretty ridiculous on this one)

First of all they didn't have a price on the car so I had to contact them.
After sending a message asking the price of the car I received the
following response.
"SOLD"
Super professional! Made me feel like since the car was sold that I was
zero value as a prospect/customer to them. We are in the market or a
new car so I expected a little more than a one word response.
I let them know my disappointment and they promptly
responded..."Thank you for your inquiry but the vehicle you were
interested in has been sold". Much better right? Yea but damage done.
I'm sure this group is ok but first impressions are what they are and I
won't be heading down there to by a car unless I am feeling the need for
some abuse.
Maybe the learned their lesson, maybe they don't care, customer service
is dead, right.

easy,..the car was sold sometime ago,.yet the photo of the car is still on the site when looking 4 a car for sale ,gets your hope up ,gotta wait a day for them to e-mail you back saying sold,even today 11/1/15 the photo is still there ...but the car aint ! so 4 that these guys suck you in ,you end up looking at what they got ,..not what you were looking for .
