Very nice people. I did not like that the salesman had to ride with us as we test drove the vehicle on a specific route. I came from 2.5 hours away and had given them a $500 deposit. I die but the vehicle at a good price. I would go back here.

Was there a couple of times and had nice salesman and good test drives. Last time I emailed them about a car on Cargurus. They responded and said it was there. A few hours later I made a special trip out to look at it only to be told by the salesman that it had been sold. Then he started trying to show me other cars. I felt like they had plenty of time to let me know it was not actually on the lot and didn’t tell me so I would show up and they could try to sell something else.

We have a crew of almost 20 salesmen so it is hard for them to keep track of what is being sold at all times.
Based on our store culture, I can assure you that when you called the car was still available. Once you got to the dealership and the salesman found out it was sold or being sold, he was trying to find something that would work for you as a replacement so you wouldn't have wasted a trip.

Car was advertised all over the internet. Stopped by to see it on the lot and couldn’t find it. Emailed the dealer to see if it was still available. They replied that it was and asked when could I come for a test drive. Then I received a second email saying it was sold. I was close to the dealership, so I swung in and found the car in a back lot. Then I emailed them back and asked if it really was sold because it’s still on their property. No reply.

I sent an inquiry email and received not one but two emails back. I had asked for the listed price as I will be traveling to their dealership from out of town. If the price was out of my range, I was not going to waste my time or theirs. The email stated they did not have the information but had some questions for me. I called and asked about the vehicle. At no time did anyone state the vehicle had been sold or was not available. I traveled to their dealership the next day. I called on my way there and was transferred and given so many different names I lost track. After waiting 1.5 hours to speak with a sales associate, he sat at the computer and said he didn't have a vehicle for me and the 2006 Pilot was not available. While I was there I had an email from yet another person which stated they wanted to set an appointment time! Waste of time and unless you want to pay a lot of money, they are not interested in doing business with you.

Contacted by after hours computer told they were closed, then contacted a few minutes later by a sales rep. Asked for interior photos 2 workdays ago, no photos yet that I'm aware of.

The 2013 Nissan Leaf was not an SL model as advertised and they totally ignored what I told them and they continue to advertise it incorrectly.

I was quite impressed with the service of this dealership. They were cordial and courteous and went above and beyond the expected. I had a problem with a shipping policy in that I didn't want to release my cars without getting theirs at the same time. And I became "under the weather" and unable to pursue. Thank you all, Christi, Wade and Laurence!
