Mr. Hunter was very helpful on my visit. The vehicle I was interested in was not present, but he took very good care of me showing me other vehicles. I would definitely recommend him as a contact & I am hopeful he can find the vehicle I am looking to purchase.

Did not want to work with me via internet, only wanted me to come to them. I have purchased 2 vehicles via internet however they were unwilling. All you get is what's shown in the add page.

The dealer contacted me immediately via email. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the RX, his friendly yet professional approach to me. Although the car is high miles and sold as is and I may not buy it, the salesman deserves praise for his methods and care.

They never responded but I made a trip to the dealership and discussed with them but they were the most expensive among all the dealers. I finally purchased a certified pre owned AWD Infiniti Fx37 with brand new tyres in Cary with a lower mileage at a lower amount. They use the name of the dealership to inflate prices and I will advise anyone not to be deceived.

Poor communication. Dishonest. Never did what they said they were going to do. For example, I was told I would receive a phone call the following day with info. The next day, no phone call. I ended up calling them and they, Chris and Sonny (?), were not even scheduled to work. The agent then asked to forward my call to another sales associate. Really???? I checked my credit and because they hit it so much it dropped 12 points! At what point do you say enough is enough and then talk to the customer and try to create a new plan? Especially if the initial plan wasn't working. Poor communication!!!! They did not care about me at all. The worst customer service I have ever experience. What's funny, I went to another dealership...treated me right and I drove off with a car. Never again.

Craig Maxa was very responsive and informative. We were $500 apart on price and he told me that if I want the car I should act, it wouldn't last at the reduced price. I held out and the next day it was sold.
